To provide common sense and practical guidance to front-line police officers and staff in the UK on key issues relating to medicinal cannabis
To ensure that patients prescribed medicinal cannabis can possessit without undue hindrance from the police
To develop cooperation and reduce any potential conflict betweenthe police and patients prescribed medicinal cannabis
